Professor Bryan Williams
Professor Bryan Williams is Chair of Medicine at University College London (UCL) and currently serves as the Chair of the International Society of Hypertension (ISH). Professor Giuseppe Mancia (Former Chair of the European Society of Hypertension)
Professor Giuseppe Mancia is a world-renowned expert in cardiovascular medicine and a leading authority in the field of hypertension. He is Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the University of Milano-Bicocca and President of the European Society of Hypertension (ESH) Foundation and former President of ESH and the International Society of Hypertension (ISH). Professor Mancia has made seminal contributions to the understanding and management of hypertension, particularly in the areas of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, sympathetic nervous system activation, cardiovascular risk stratification and real life population studies on adherence to treatment. He has served as chair and co-author of numerous European hypertension guidelines and is a highly cited figure in cardiovascular research. His academic work has had a profound impact on both clinical practice and health policy across Europe and beyond.
Professor Antonieta Medina-Lara
Professor Antonieta Medina-Lara is a Professor of Public Health Economics at the University of Exeter. Her research focuses on health systems strengthening, economic evaluation, preference elicitation methods, decision analytical modelling and the measurement of health and well-being. She has led numerous interdisciplinary research initiatives, funded by major international organizations, including funders such as UK NIHR and the World Health Organization.

Professor Olivia Wu
William R Lindsay Chair of Health Economics & Health Technology Assessment, University of Glasgow
Professor Olivia Wu is a globally recognised expert in health technology assessment (HTA). She holds the William R Lindsay Chair at the University of Glasgow, as well as Adjunct Professor at Mahidol University in Thailand. Her research spans a wide range of health interventions, with including the evaluation of digital health applications, including the accounting for ethical and data protection challenges involved in collecting patient data via digital tools. She has led numerous economic evaluations alongside clinical trials, informing clinical guidelines and health policy nationally and internationally. Professor Wu has recently been appointed Director of the UK NIHR Better Methods Better Research and of the National Research Collaboration Programmes. She continues to advises HTA agencies worldwide, and co-leads the Women in Health Economics and Outcomes Research Initiative at ISPOR, mentoring researchers globally.
Professor Oleksandr Parkhomenko

Professor Oleksandr Parkhomenko is a leading the Ukrainian cardiologist and researcher working at the Institute of Cardiology, Clinical and Regenerative Medicine in Kyiv. He is Vice-President of the Ukrainian Association of Cardiology and an active member of several international cardiovascular societies. His work focuses on emergency and acute cardiovascular care, and he has contributed extensively to clinical research and international publications. Professor Parkhomenko brings particular expertise in the ethical challenges of conducting medical research in conflict zones, including issues of informed consent, biobanking, and data protection. He plays a key role in ensuring that clinical studies uphold ethical standards, even under the constraints of war and crisis.
